La fundación data del 1906 con el nombre New Balance Arch Support Company, la historia de New Balance comienza a principios del S.XX en Cambridge, Massachussetts cuando William J Riley, un inmigrante Inglés de 33 años, decide acudir en ayuda de las personas que sufrían problemas de pies. Después de un crecimiento considerable, se ha colocado como una de las empresas más importantes del sector.
